TRAMAK, Extrusion Press Container, Container Liner and Relining, Extrusion Press Bodies, Dummy Blocks, Cleaning Block, Die Cassettes, Cutting Blades, Die Holder and Bolster, Pressure Plates, Main Cylinders, Front and Back Plates, Column Shaft and Nuts, Container Enclosures, Die Changing Systems, Hydraulic Cylinders, Cutting Cylinders, Bronze Bushing, Guide Elements. Also; produces auxiliary machinery and equipment related to extrusion.
Fields of Activity
TRAMAK Machine specializes particularly in metal extrusion technologies, providing production and engineering services in the following main areas:
• Production of spare parts and consumables for metal extrusion presses and lines
• Design and production of custom extrusion auxiliary machines tailored to customer needs
• High-precision machining of special engineering steels including hot work tool steel, plastic mold steel, and superalloy steels
• Production capability in all manufacturing processes, before and after heat treatment, with a part machining capacity of up to 16 tons.
